1. General conditions

a) The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between

b) The general terms and conditions apply when the contract is concluded for all delivery contracts concluded exclusively online.

Different terms and conditions only apply if the request has been expressly agreed.

c) The language of the contract is Italian. The applied law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany and European.

These legislative choices apply to consumers to the extent that they do not deprive them of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the country where the consumer is habitually resident.

2. Offer, conclusion and retention of the contract

a) The information on the seller's website is non-binding offers to place an order.

The purchase contract ends after receiving the binding order of the customer by forwarding the confirmation of the contract by the seller (for example via email, telephone, fax or letter) and sending the goods.

b) If the customer sends an offer or request, for example through a contact form, by email or telephone, the seller will send the customer a binding offer by e-mail, which remains valid for 5 days. To save the data of the transmitted contract, the customer can print it or save it on his PC or on another electronic data carrier.

c) To send a binding order via the online shopping cart system the following steps are required: enter the selected items by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. You can open it at any time by clicking on the button with the same name and making changes. After inserting the items you want to buy into the "shopping cart", you can switch to the "Buy" button (or you can click directly on "Buy") before entering your personal data, or to the access area, if the customer has already registered.

After selecting the payment method and shipping method you will get to the order summary page. Here you can check all the order data again and make any changes (for example by clicking on the "modify" links or by pressing the "back" function of the browser) or cancel the order (for example, closing the browser window) . Only by clicking on the "Buy" button on this page will you complete the ordering process.

The seller must provide the customer with a confirmation of the contract in which the contents of the contract are reproduced through the email indicated by the customer.

3. Payment, delivery

The following payment methods are available in our shop for customers who do not live in Germany:

a - Bank transfer

The details of our bank account to be paid will be displayed. The shipment will take place upon receipt of payment.

b - Sofort

The details of our bank account to be paid will be displayed.

c - Paypal, credit card through paypal

You can pay the invoice amount through the online Paypal provider. To use Paypal you can have a Paypal account or you can use your credit card without having to sign up for Paypal. In any case it is necessary to confirm the payment order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

d - Cash on delivery

The payment of the goods takes place at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier (postman) who will withdraw the payment. The customer must take care to collect the package personally or to delegate a person who has been informed of the need to pay.

e - Invoicing

The package will contain an invoice that the customer must pay within 8 days of receipt with the method he wishes. If the payment is not made or is executed late, the German credit recovery legislation will be followed.

f - Collection at our office

If you are in the vicinity of our Zehdenick office, you can collect the goods directly from us without payment of shipping costs. If payment is made in advance the customer can subtract from the payment the shipping costs indicated or request them in return. Payment at our office takes place exclusively in cash.

4. When to pay, shipping

When using a form of payment in advance (Bank Transfer or Paypal, Sofort), payment must be made within 8 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Shipment is made within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery times depend on the choice of the customer and the carrier.

5. Payment by customers not resident in Germany

The forms of payment allowed for non-German customers are Paypal, credit or debit card through Paypal, bank transfer.

6. Prices and shipping costs

a) All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT, as well as other price components and any other applicable taxes and fees.

b) In addition to product prices, packaging / shipping costs are foreseen according to what is indicated in the purchase process.

c) The customer guarantees that he has provided the correct and complete delivery address. If, due to incorrect address data, there are additional costs for shipping or returning the item to the seller, for example a second shipment for the wrong address, the customer must pay them or cancel the order, but in this case all costs incurred for shipping or for the return will not be reimbursed.

7. Warranty

a) German and European legal provisions apply to the guarantee.

b) The illustrations of the product may differ from the appearance of the products delivered.

8. Retention of ownership

The goods sold remain the property of Roberto Maresca until full payment. The customer does not have the right to acquire the property until the acquisition of the property itself.

9. Miscellaneous

a) Online gift vouchers can never be converted into money, even partially.

b) Complaints must be presented at the address specified in 1a.
